The staff was amazingly attentive and highly courteous and responsive to what we asked for.

Didn't like the area, it was poor.

The guest room with an excellant view of the harbour, the balcony, for example. Marvellous and lovely location, beautiful beach. Very easy to get from Victoria Inner Harbour airport, just 1 km.

I ate at a relaxing restaurant for breakfast. The hotel had a stunning location around 4-6 minutes' walk from Fisherman's Wharf Park. You could walk to shops and chemist's.

De kamer was schoon en had een eigen badkamer. Elke dag werd het bed opgemaakt en kreeg ik schone handdoeken. De locatie van het hotel was perfect, het was heel dicht bij het metrostation en er waren veel lokale eettentjes in de buurt. Bovendien kon ik gemakkelijk naar alle bezienswaardigheden reizen, want het metrostation was op loopafstand. Het personeel was ook vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Niets, alles was uitstekend.

Fairly clean and perfect place with accommodating staff at check-out. Great and beautiful location, 10 minutes' walk to Royal bc Museum. Good restaurant with a great view.

Courtesy of the stuff. Large and newly decorated room on the balcony. Well priced breakfasts, with a lovely view and 2 pieces of clothing, as for instance. Location not far from the shops and restaurants, many tourist attractions-Fisherman's Wharf and downtown and ferry terminals.

Ugly views.

Everything was wonderful, beautiful location on the harbour with fishermans warf near by, the staff were exceptionally pleasant. Location: the hotel was just next door to most major sights and lots of dining choices and British Columbia. Local fast food option Puerto Vallarta Amigos was 5 minutes walk away.

Gorgeous and fairly clean place, accommodating and very courteous staff at check-out. Newly renovated and good-sized unit with beautiful view of the harbour. Magnificent, amazing location to the main areas. Also - so close to Victoria, BC as well as downtown restaurants❤

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel on the waterfront and enjoyed breathtaking views of the harbor. The location in James Bay was perfect, away from the bustling downtown area but still conveniently close. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from check-in to check-out and everything in between. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, which provided a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, which made getting around the area a breeze. Moreover, the on-site restaurant and bar were top-notch, offering delicious food and drinks.

Highly recommended.

The total stay was really nice for a night in Victoria. It was in a central setting near everything. The in-house restaurant with a view and the outdoor bar.

It was a great stay

The only part that was a bad taste and that was a (cockroach or silverfish) long insect walked across my bed. But I suspect that being on the ocean this could always be a problem. Everything else was awesome

I had a great time staying at a hotel right on the waterfront of the inner harbor. The location was perfect, as it was close to the inner harbor where everything was happening. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I particularly liked the clean and well-maintained bathroom. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. I also appreciated the hotel shuttle, which was convenient for getting to different areas.

There was one issue that marred my experience. The hot tub in the hotel's pool area was not very inviting, with weak jets.
